I travel to you, making it easy to enjoy a comfortable, personalized practice in your own home or space.

Private group sessions can also be customized for birthdays, bridal parties, wellness gatherings, and special events. I travel to you to create a fun, comfortable experience in your home, community space, or venue.

Offerings may include yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and nervous-system-focused wellness experiences tailored to your group or event. Why I Teach Yoga
I teach yoga because I know what it feels like to be disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed, stressed, stuck in survival mode, or unsure where to begin. Yoga became more than movement for me — it became a way to slow down, breathe deeper, reconnect with my body, and learn how to actually stay with myself through hard seasons of life.
My goal as a teacher is to create classes and experiences that feel welcoming, supportive, and real. I want people to feel safe showing up exactly as they are without pressure, perfection, or the feeling that they need to “look” a certain way to belong in a yoga space.
Whether we’re flowing, breathing, stretching, laughing, or simply taking a quiet moment to pause, I teach to help people feel more grounded, empowered, and at home within themselves.
